The Agribusiness Support Unit plays a pivotal role in driving Lagos State’s agro-industrial transformation by advancing policies, programmes, and capacity-building initiatives that promote competitiveness, inclusiveness, and sustainable development in the agribusiness ecosystem. Management Capacity Building for MSME Operators in Agribusiness and E-Commerce
Launched in 2022, E-COMAGBUS trains and empowers MSMEs in Lagos' agribusiness sector to adopt digital tools for enhanced productivity, market access, and visibility. The programme bridges the digital divide in agricultural trade by equipping operators with practical e-commerce skills and tools.
